Alert Details:
* WHAT...West-northwest swell with a period of 14 to 15 seconds
will generate surf of 3 to 5 feet with sets to 7 feet. Elevated
surf combined with high tides could lead to minor tidal
overflow.

* WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas.

* WHEN...Through 1 PM PST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Strong rip currents and hazardous swimming
conditions for inexperienced swimmers. Minor tidal overflow
during high tides.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tide at Newport Bay Entrance today
will be 6.91 feet at 9:18 AM.
