Alert Details: 
* WHAT...For the mountains and northeast foothills, northeast to
east winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 to 55 mph.
For portions of the Sacramento Valley, north winds 15 to 25 mph
with gusts 35 to 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of the Sacramento Valley, Mountains Southwestern
Shasta County to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills,
Shasta County, West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada, and Western
Plumas County/Lassen Park.

* WHEN...From 10 PM PST Friday to 10 AM PST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected Saturday.
